Tim Norman, Partner & Head Of Commercial Litigation

Tim is a Partner and is Head of our Commercial Litigation department.

Tim has considerable experience of all aspects of company and commercial dispute work, including contract and negligence claims, landlord and tenant, IT and IP disputes and professional negligence. His litigation experience is recognised by the independent legal directories, particularly the advice he gives in relation to directors’ disputes and acquisition disputes.

Tim gained an upper second honours degree in Law at Leeds Metropolitan University before working at Mace & Jones and Chafes. He joined Neil Myerson in 1995, becoming a Partner in 1999.
