Sarah Williams, Solicitor

Sarah is a solicitor in our Corporate Commercial department.

Sarah gained a first class honours degree at Lancaster University followed by a distinction in her Legal Practice Course before working at Eversheds in Manchester. She joined Neil Myerson in 2005.

Sarah deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law. This includes advising on acquisitions and disposals of companies and business assets, advising partnerships, banking and secured lending work, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts. She also has experience in dealing with commercial property matters.
