Philip Kenny, Solicitor

Philip is a solicitor in our Corporate Commercial department.

Philip read Law at the University of Central Lancashire before qualifying into the corporate department at Pinsent Masons, Manchester in 2007. He joined Neil Myerson in 2010.

Philip deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He advises on both transactional and non-transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals of companies/business assets, joint ventures, MBOs, MBIs, venture capital/debt finance, corporate re-organisations, corporate insolvency/restructuring, shareholder arrangements, intellectual property matters and general commercial issues.

In his spare time Philip trains in martial arts and competes in Thai Boxing events and competitions.
