Neil Myerson, Senior Partner

Neil is the firm’s Senior Partner and is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm.

Neil established the firm in 1982 in Altrincham, South Manchester, with the intention of providing a city standard of commercial law practice in a pleasant and relaxed environment. He advises on general commercial law matters with an emphasis on providing advice on the structure of, and negotiating the terms of, transactions. Neil is also a trained Mediator and a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Bolton.

As the firm has expanded, Neil has placed great importance on client care and loyalty. As a result, many of the firm's clients today have worked with Neil since his early days in practice. Neil works within a number of different industries and assists his clients to develop their businesses through focused legal advice combined with sound business and strategic direction.
