The commercial property team are actively involved with the day-to-day management of the commercial property portfolios of a number of clients, ranging from pension fund investors to individuals, partnerships, family trusts and OMBs. We also advise our agricultural clients in relation to their agricultural portfolios.

Our experience in this field means that we are able to advise our clients on how best to develop their existing portfolios and we take pride in helping our clients to extract maximum value from their property holding. We aim to do this in various ways, for example:

• Advising on how best to structure sales or lettings of commercial property to maximise efficiency and tax savings
• Preparing tailored letting or licensing arrangements to take advantage of the rapidly changing commercial property marketplace and the changing needs of both Landlords and Tenants
