We have particular expertise in secured lending work and regularly act for the UK clearing banks and other banks in relation to their lending requirements. Recent instructions include:
- Acting in relation to the re-structuring and re-gearing of bank lending arrangements concerning industrial premises in Lancashire
- Acting in connection with the banking aspects of the sale and lease-back of a large nursing home in Wales
- Acting for the bank in connection with the refinancing of a substantial portfolio of residential properties in the North West
- Acting for the bank in relation to increased facilities to a Northern retailer secured across its property portfolio
We also have considerable experience of dealing with alternative forms of property finance ranging from assisting clients with the successful procurement of bridging finance transactions to the drafting of Shariah compliant property purchase agreements.
