This can be used to demonstrate employers are providing sufficient guidance to their employees to counter any suggestions that work places have a discriminatory culture. Therefore, such training can be an invaluable step in the defence of employment tribunal proceedings involving discrimination issues.

We also provide detailed training and seminars to clients on issues such as the recently introduced Agency Worker Regulations 2010 and the removal of the default retirement age.
