• Acting in connection with the banking aspects of the sale and lease-back of a large nursing home in Wales
• Acting for the bank in connection with the refinancing of a substantial portfolio of residential properties in the North West
• Acting for the bank in relation to increased facilities to a Northern retailer secured across its property portfolio
