Our recent experience includes:
- Acting for an international client in relation to the
leasing of a large industrial/warehouse property in the
South East of England We were also involved in successfully
negotiating the terms of a dilapidations agreement relating
to the property and the drafting of a bespoke asset purchase
agreement relating to the acquisition of plant and equipment
on site
- Acting for a large UK marketing company in connection
with the surrender and re-negotiation of its current office
leases and advising them in relation to planning matters and
in connection with a Capital Contribution toward fit-out
works in the region of £500,000
- Acting for Pension Trustees and in relation to the
transfer of its freehold premises and the lease-back of
office premises and the drafting of an occupational lease
- Acting for a UK sports retailer in connection with the
negotiation of numerous retail leases including those in the
Arndale Centre and the new multi-million pound development
at St David's, Cardiff
- Acting for the Landlord of a North West Industrial
Estate in connection with the granting of leases and the
ongoing management issues associated with a large multi-let
site
