• Settlement in our client’s favour of a claim resulting in a payment in excess of US$1.1 million arising from the sale of equipment for use in connection with oil exploration including attending a settlement meeting in Romania.
  
• Successfully defending a claim against our client alleging breach of warranties in a share sale agreement. The claim was for in excess of £6 million and was dismissed as the result of a successful early application which we made to the High Court. We also successfully resisted an appeal to the Court of Appeal against that decision.
  
• A claim arising from interpretation of a pension policy resulting in an increase of over a £1 million transfer value
  
• Settlement of an agreement for the provision of procurement services resulting in the payment of £925,000 to our client.
  
• Settlement of a claim relating to defective printing machinery.
  
• Settlement of a claim arising out of the supply of consultancy software services.
