street banks, secondary lenders and borrowers. It is vital to
support a valuation of the property by carrying out the required
level of due diligence in respect of the property.
Acting for the lender, we will provide a report on the title
of the property highlighting any concerns or issues which may
affect the valuation of the secured asset or the security being
taken generally, together with proposals as to how these may be
resolved.
