Refinancing

If a borrower is no long flavour of the month with their bank, before leaving things too late, you may want to look at refinancing with another bank. This will include redeeming all of the facilities with your current bank and entering into new and perhaps less onerous facilities with your new bank, together with appropriate security. This will need to be dealt with and managed in a timely manner to ensure that your new arrangements are co-terminous with the redemption of your old facilities and the release of security by your old lenders, in time to give appropriate and adequate security to your new lender.
