Philip Ball

Philip is a solicitor in our Corporate Commercial department.

Philip studied English at the University of Nottingham before completing his professional, legal qualifications in Manchester. He joined Myerson in 2012 after carrying out his training at Druces LLP, a respected commercial law firm in the City of London.

Philip advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial work including acquisitions and disposals of companies/businesses, incorporations, corporate re-organisations, shareholder arrangements and general commercial issues.
